I'm Grahame Ewins, a Sydney-based C-level executive coach and business mentor with more than 30 years of experience across corporate leadership, entrepreneurship and international business operations.
My background includes 20 years in international financial services, holding senior operational and technology leadership roles, followed by 13 years building and running my own services and product-based businesses in Australia.
Most recently, I've spent the past year as Managing Member and Chief Operating Officer of FluxJet Kayaks LLC, a US-based, seven-figure multi-award-winning manufacturing business, working across sales, operations, finance, technology, domestic and international distribution and business growth.
This combination of corporate executive leadership and hands-on business ownership gives me a practical perspective on the challenges faced by business owners, executives and leadership teams.
